YOGA –A HAZARD FREE WAY TO GET A GOOD FIGURE
Though the yoga gurus would prefer you to accept yoga as more of a spiritual phenomenon but for now you might just be interested in yoga as you need to reduce the lap of fat from your tummy & hips.
Having a good figure is not all about looking great but you need a good figure to have a healthy body &^ for the peace of your mind. Fats & over weight affects the normal functioning ability of body limbs, heart& the whole body to be exactly right. So getting rid of the unwanted fat & having a good figure is as important as getting a good night sleep.
Yoga is a hazard free way to gaining a fat free, slick figure without even touching the “magic medicines” sold in the market. But before you go on you must be clear about one thing that is yoga I s no magic or miracle but a common sense that can safe you from the tons of fats that we collect every day with our rich food habits. So you better consider yoga as a way of life rather than a way to reduce your fat. Only then the results will be as you expect it to be.
Now a fact that you need to know is yoga is no shortcut to gaining a perfect figure. It is a long process that will not only reduce the unwanted fat but also will ensure your good figure in the future. People take food as they need to survive. But in most cases people eat more than they need. & the extra food deposits as fat in our body. People eat out of boredom, to some it is a hobby & to some it is sheer pleasure to eat food. Lots of food. Yoga will help you to get rid of the habit of eating the extra food. The mental stability & peace will help you to contain yourself & your body & mind exactly the way you want it to be.
There are quite a few exercises in yoga that must be done exactly how it is said to be done. The exercises consist: limbering up exercise, sideslip posture, AROHANASANA or in English THE RAISED HEAD AND LEGS POSTURE, UDHITTA PADASANA or THE RAISED LEG POSTURE, THE WOODCUTTER exercise, THE TRIANGLE BEND & Trikonasana.
But a word of advice will be not to start yoga all by yourself. It is suggested that you take help from the yoga masters as there are some rules & some nots & buts of yoga.
Accept yoga as your way of life & you can gain an attractive figure along with a mind totally in your control. You just need to help yourself with keeping an eye on your dieting.
